Built by people who've lived on project sites
Terravo was built by industry professionals who have spent years delivering complex, large-scale projects across real estate and construction. Our founders have managed multi-crore developments, coordinated between dozens of stakeholders, navigated regulatory compliance across multiple geographies, and dealt with the daily chaos of fragmented project management systems. That experience shaped every decision: what to build, what to leave out, and how the platform should think about real estate workflows.
We understand the real problems because we've lived them. We know the frustration of tracking project status across email chains and spreadsheets. We've experienced the tension between site teams who need simplicity and back-office teams who need rigor. We understand the pressure of staying on schedule while managing scope changes, vendor delays, regulatory hurdles, and budget constraints. Most importantly, we know that better tools lead to better project outcomes.
The result is a platform purpose-built for real estate project management, powered by industry knowledge baked into every feature. One that speaks the industry's language — understanding the difference between a purchase order and a work order, knowing what EOT means, understanding GST and RERA compliance, and adapting seamlessly to the contracting frameworks and regulatory requirements of every market where your projects operate.
How we think about real estate project management
Depth over breadth
We go deep on AEC workflows instead of building shallow features for every industry. Every module is designed by domain experts.
Global by default
16 tax regimes, 4 pricing regions, teams across 20+ countries from day one — not as an afterthought.
Customers build the product
Our roadmap is driven by real project teams. Every major feature started as a customer conversation, not a PM's assumption.
Our mission
To empower every real estate project team — from a 3-person contractor to a global PMC — with the operational clarity and integrated project management capabilities that were once reserved for billion-dollar infrastructure programs. We believe better tools lead to better project outcomes: on-time delivery, within-budget execution, and quality that meets or exceeds specifications.
Real estate projects fail for predictable reasons: poor communication, misaligned information, scope creep, budget overruns, and quality issues that cascade through the project. Most of these problems aren't due to lack of effort from the teams involved — they stem from fragmented systems and incomplete information. When project teams have unified access to real-time data about schedule, budget, quality, compliance, and vendor performance, they can make better decisions faster.
That's what Terravo enables. We believe every project team deserves access to integrated software that's been designed specifically for how they work, not adapted from some other industry. We're committed to building that reality.
