- Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

3. Subscription and Billing
Terravo offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of Terravo is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We will not sell or share your data with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Availability
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
Terravo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
8. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Terravo operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
